The River Blossom
Rivertown African Dry Gin x 50ml
Elderflower syrup x 25 ml
Lemon juice x 20ml
Elderflower Tonic 100 ml
Built in a copa full of ice and garnished with a Lemon Twist.
Sweet Gin Berry
Rivertown African Dry Gin x50ml
Strawberry syrup x25 ml
Lime freshly squeezed 15 ml
Tonic water top up
Built on a Copa full of ice, garnished with 4 halved strawberries and 2 lime wedges
The Town Gin Sour
Rivertown African Dry Gin x50ml
Lemon Juice x25ml
Simple syrup x20ml
Aquafaba x20ml
Herbal Bitters 2 dashes
Shaken (20 -30 sec) in a cocktail shaker with ice, serve in a chilled copè glass and garnish with dehydrated Lemon wheel.
